In case of delays , your treatment will be done in the remaining time.

If you do not show up for your appointment unannounced, you will have to pay 50% of the total amount the next time you will make an appointment. If you do not show up, the fee you paid will not be returned.

The appointments should be done with at least 3 to 4 days in advance.

Cancelling or moving an appointment is done with at least 24h in advance. Otherwise, you will have to pay 50% of the total amount for the requested service.
