Appointment Policy

Be here on time!

In case of delays, your treatment will be done in the remaining time.

  • If you do not show up for your appointment unannounced, you will have to pay 50% of the total amount the next time you make an appointment. The fee you paid will not be returned if you do not show up.
  • Previous Manicure from Another Salon: If your previous manicure was done elsewhere, an additional 50% of the removal fee will be charged for new maintenance.
  • Appointments should be made with at least 3 to 4 days in advance.
  • Cancelling or moving an appointment must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will have to pay 50% of the total amount for the requested service.
  • Appointments can be made via SMS/WhatsApp at 71 50 22 69 or through private messages on Facebook/Instagram.
  • We reserve the right to choose our customers and refuse service to anyone!
  • Before any appointment, please inform us of any allergies you may have to products.
  • Gel Manicure Over 6 Weeks: If your gel manicure is older than 6 weeks, it will be charged as a new set.
  • New customers are required to pay 50% of the treatment cost as a deposit.
  • In case of rescheduling, it can be done 24 hours prior to the agreed initial appointment. In case of no show, the amount will not be refunded.
  • Appointments made outside opening hours will be adjusted with a + 20% fee.
